Article 1
(Agreement of use)
Our company
consent to use when users agree with the following article. Users must pay the
use value for going on using this software. Users must agree with this contract
to use this software.
Article 2
(Prohibited matters)

Analyze or tamper with the software or program in this site. (revise, change,
reproduce, modify, the reverse engineering, decompile, and disassemble it.)

Users must not transfer, sell, lent, the right to use of this software to the
other with a written permission from our company.
Article 3
(Maintenance)
Users must agree
that maintenance charges are not accompanied in the use value of this software.
Article 4
(Terminate the contract)
1. Our company
can terminate the contract without any urges or notices, when users violate the
articles in this contract.
2. Users must
stop to use this software and delete all of copy for using this software by the
case of 1.
3. Users must not
request the use value paid from our company by the case of 1.
Article 5
(Exemption of responsibility matters)
1. Our company
does not guarantee the quality of this software. Users must confirm reliability
and have a test in the trial period yourself. So Users must have the sense of
responsibility for any harm of using this software.
2. It is
irresponsible for the harm for using this software directly or indirectly by
our company. Also, it is irresponsible for the harm of machinery and mediums by
our company. So, our company performs no guarantee about this software. It is
irresponsible for the influence of the result using this software. The
Responsibility of our company is the limit of the use value that users paid of
article 1.
Article 6
(Agreement of jurisdiction)
This article
shall have been based on Japanese law. If suit occurred, Kyoto District Court
(only) is the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.
